Build overall strength, balance and flexibility while learning the fastest growing self defense system in the world, Krav Maga with this one of a kind total-body program only from TSSC.


TRX KRAV classes at TSSC  consist typically of 45 minutes of TRX suspension training and 15 minutes of Krav Maga punches, kicks, and self defense techniques.  You will workout either alone with an instructor in a private session, or in a small group setting (6 max) performing TRX suspension training exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance and core - all of which help in injury prevention and sports performance.


You will also learn to defend against common chokes, grabs, and bear hugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks with the very easy to learn system of Krav Maga,  the preferred system for U.S. Military and law enforcement personnel. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach real self defense in the shortest possible time. It is a simple system to learn, it works, and it's fun!


All TRX KRAV sessions are coached by a certified TRX® Trainer and certified Krav Maga Instructor.

TRX Suspension Training Details


The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.


TRX Training helps individuals of any level of fitness develop the strength, endurance, power and durability. Each program incorporates:


Mobility –develops mobility to reduce the risk, of injury, optimize performance, and improve the durability of athletes.

Core Strength – forces a strong, stable core increases power in shoulders, arms, hips and legs and reduces the risk of injury.

Pulling and Pushing Strength – recruits total-body muscle to perform pushing and pulling exercises, developing functional  strength.


Unilateral Training – provides the ability to perform single arm and single leg exercises to increase functional core strength and identify weaknesses.
